You will be required to complete a questionnaire to determine your own  metabolic type and will then be informed as to whether you are a protein type, a carbohydrate type or a mixed type. The guide will then tell you what ratios of protein, carbohydrate and fats you should be eating at each of your meals  and what foods you should avoid according to your individual metabolic type.

When you start eating “right for your body type”  you should  start to see improvements in your overall health as well as losing weight. Of course it is also important to lean how to work out how many calories you need and how to allocate the correct ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats at each of your 3 mains meals, as well as being advised on appropriate snacks betweens meals. The guide also offers some excellent information on the pros and cons of certain foods groups such as dairy products, soy, fats, organic foods, grains, salt, water, sweeteners and alcohol.

The program includes a success journal to help you keep track. There are 20 days worth of sample meal plans for each metabolic type, and  a selection of recipes to help you along. Also included is a  quick start guide which is basically a summary of the main guide , a suggested shopping list to ensure you are buying the right foods, and a list summarizing “what not to do” to help you avoid the pitfalls.
